• The Mowa brand
• Logos and visual identity
• Original content
• Databases organized by the platform
• Structure, architecture, and functionalities
• Descriptions, categorizations, and formatted presentation of business information

Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse platform content without prior authorization.

Mowa may republish information originating from newspapers, institutional websites, corporate pages, and other public sources. When such republication includes graphic elements or images (e.g., scans, clippings, screenshots), the user acknowledges that:

1. Mowa does not own copyright over these graphic materials.
2. Such materials are used solely for informational and contextual purposes.
3. All graphic elements remain the exclusive property of their respective rights holders.
4. The original source will be identified whenever possible.
5. Mowa does not sell, commercialize, or redistribute third-party graphic content as proprietary material.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique.

Parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably.

If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent Mozambican courts.
